1. The company account
These terms govern creation and use of a PLEXBLD company workspace. In this release, one account holder represents one organization. Team membership, delegated approval, and company-side authorization of other accounts are disabled.
2. Identity and authority
PLEXBLD verifies control of the account email address. Company identity, position, and authority to act for the organization are self-attested by the account holder unless PLEXBLD separately confirms them in writing. You must keep those statements accurate and promptly update material changes.
3. Project records and uploaded information
You are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, permissions, and confidentiality of project information submitted through the workspace or connected channels. This can include contracts, reports, schedules, financial documents, standards, drawings, BIM, project communications, evidence, and files supplied by field collectors.
PLEXBLD may classify, extract, connect, and analyze submitted information to operate project workflows. Automated outputs are working evidence, not a substitute for required professional judgment, contractual notice, certification, or statutory approval.
4. Connected collectors and channels
The account holder controls project connections issued to mobile collectors and other approved intake channels. You must only connect people and sources entitled to contribute to the project, revoke access that is no longer appropriate, and avoid sending unrelated, malicious, or unlawfully obtained material.
5. Acceptable use
You must not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malware, impersonate another person or organization, interfere with other projects, or use PLEXBLD to violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or contractual confidentiality.
6. Service operation
PLEXBLD may apply security checks, upload limits, quarantine, duplicate detection, admission controls, retention locks, and project-deletion safeguards. Features may evolve as the platform develops. Planned maintenance, safety controls, or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
7. Project decisions
The workspace supports evidence and decision-making but does not itself grant authority, approve work, vary a contract, or establish that information is reliable. Users remain responsible for reviewing sources, confidence, contractual status, consequences, and required approvals before acting.
8. Suspension and closure
PLEXBLD may restrict an account to protect projects, users, or infrastructure, or when these terms are materially breached. Project deletion can be delayed or refused when retained compute history, legal obligations, security investigation, or other integrity controls require preservation.
9. Privacy and notices
The Privacy Notice explains how account and project-related personal information is handled. Account notices may be delivered to the verified email address. Keep that address current.
10. Changes and contact
If these terms materially change, PLEXBLD will identify a new version and request acceptance where appropriate. Project-specific commercial agreements may add or override terms for the relevant service. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
