PLEXBLD Privacy Notice

Version 1.0
Effective 16 July 2026

[email protected]

1. Scope

This notice describes how PLEXBLD handles personal information associated with public pages, company accounts, project workspaces, mobile collectors, and connected project-intake channels. A project organization may also determine why information is submitted and have its own privacy responsibilities.

2. Information collected

PLEXBLD can process account identity and contact details, organization profile information, project roles, authentication and security records, device and activity logs, project configuration, and support communications. Project material may contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, images, document authorship, signatures, commercial information, or other personal information supplied by the organization and its collectors.

3. Sources

Information comes from account holders, connected collectors, project uploads, approved email or messaging intake channels, project systems, and technical records generated while the service is used.

4. Purposes

Information is used to create and secure accounts, operate project workspaces, receive and organize project evidence, connect records to project context, support data preparation and analysis, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, maintain auditability, meet legal obligations, and communicate about the service.

5. Automated processing

PLEXBLD may use automated models to filter, classify, extract, summarize, and connect project information. Admission and confidence controls are intended to separate evidence from unsupported claims. Material decisions should remain subject to appropriate human review.

6. Sharing and service providers

Information may be made available to the company account, its connected project participants, and service providers that host, secure, communicate, or process the platform under appropriate instructions. PLEXBLD does not authorize providers to use project information for unrelated purposes. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.

7. Retention and deletion

Account and project information is retained while needed to provide the workspace, preserve traceability, satisfy agreed retention, resolve disputes, secure the platform, or comply with law. Deletion requests may be delayed where project compute history, legal hold, audit integrity, backups, or security investigation requires retention. Data that can safely be deleted is removed or de-identified under the applicable process.

8. Security

PLEXBLD uses access controls, secure browser-only sessions, email verification, audit records, project boundaries, upload controls, and infrastructure safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security, so account holders should use a unique password, protect connected devices, and report suspected compromise promptly.

9. International processing

Cloud and processing services may operate in more than one country. Where required, PLEXBLD and the relevant organization should use appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards for cross-border processing.

10. Choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about processing. Requests should identify the relevant account or project and be sent to [email protected]. PLEXBLD may need to verify identity and coordinate with the organization responsible for the project.

11. Contact and updates

Questions, requests, and security concerns can be sent to [email protected]. Material notice changes will be identified by an updated version or effective date.
